New servers for WoW Classic with a new server

There are two brand new quests coming WoTLK Gold, Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep and a new Arena season are coming to Burning Crusade Classic starting on September 15. The problem is that regarding new server servers to WoW Classic, Blizzard didn't really provide any information aside from teasing the concept was in the works.
